Nexus AI Labs builds infrastructure for teams running language models in production. We are two people, based in Los Angeles, and we have been working on this problem since 2021.
Our work started inside product teams that were migrating between model providers every few months. Each migration broke evaluation baselines, rewrote prompt handling, and reset cost models. We built Nexus so that switching a model becomes a configuration change rather than an engineering project.
